Refund Policy

Resume Signal: AI CV Builder is operated by Halo Enterprises Limited, trading as Resume Signal. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our paid plan, Signal Pro (currently USD 9.99 per month; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to you).

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling

You can cancel Signal Pro at any time. Cancelling stops future charges.
After you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your resumes stay saved.
If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions. If you paid on the website, email us at SUPPORT_EMAIL and we will stop renewal.

When we refund

Once you've used Signal Pro — generated even one AI optimization, tailored resume, or cover letter on a paid cycle — that payment is final. We refund in only two situations:

Duplicate or mistaken charges: if you were charged twice, or charged an amount you didn't agree to, we will refund the extra charge in full at any time.
Payment taken but Pro never activated: if you paid and Signal Pro did not unlock at all — you received nothing for that charge — contact us. We will either activate it promptly or refund you in full.

Outside these two situations, we don't refund a payment because the product wasn't what you expected, because you decided not to keep using it, for the unused part of a billing period you've already started using, or for usage already consumed.

Purchases made through Google Play

If you bought Signal Pro in the Android app, Google Play processes the payment, so Google's refund rules and process apply. You can request a refund from Google through your Play Store order history. You are also welcome to contact us and we will help where we can and honour the terms above.

Purchases made on the website

Website payments are processed by Flutterwave (card or mobile money). We can only refund to the original payment method, and mobile-money refunds may depend on your provider.

How to request a refund

Email SUPPORT_EMAIL from your account email address, and include the transaction reference or Google Play order number if you have it. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days, though your bank, card issuer, mobile-money provider or Google may take longer to show it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
